My name is Kim Hux and I'm the Community Manager for Larkspur at Twin Creeks. I'm from the Dallas area and I have worked in Property Management for 26 years and 14 years with Active Adult communities. I enjoy listening and adding assistance where needed. I love to provide outrageous customer service while providing the perfect community that you can call Home. I like spending time with my husband, Son, daughter in law and my wonderful dog named Paaco!

My name is Vonda Brunner and I'm the Lifestyle Coordinator for Larkspur at Twin Creeks. I'm a Texas native and have three grown Children and 6 Grandkids. I have been in the Active Adult Living industry for 5 plus years. I love my job and the ability to give the residents an activity program that is fun, creative and filled with new experiences.

My name is Lorenna Figueroa, but my friends and family call me Lola. I am the new Sales Consultant at Larkspur Twin Creeks. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. I am a Caribbean girl for life. I moved to Texas 8 years ago right after graduating college. I completed a Bachelor's Degree at the University of Puerto Rico in Foreign Languages. I speak French, Portuguese, Spanish and English. My dream was to complete a Masters in Translation and Interpretation but life had other plans. I found a passion in Sales and meeting new people. Most of my career has been in Hospitality working as a sales manager for hotels and planning corporate events for clients until I crossed paths with Greystar Management.

My name is Bri'Aunna. I was born and raised in Mckinney Texas by my wonderful grandmother. I now have two beautiful daughters who are my absolute world. My dream job is to become an OBGYN. Growing up I worked in Medical Records for 7 years, then later decided to become a Teacher. After teaching for 3years I decided to try something new after having my last daughter and I became the Concierge here at Larkspur. Within this year of working at Larkspur I had the opportunity to work different positions as well as gained a lot of knowledge and Training that will help me with any Job profession and I'm grateful for that expierence. My hobbies are writing, reading, and just enjoying family time with my children.

My name is Teresa Payne, I am the Community Assistant Manager at Larkspur Twin Creeks. I was born in Dallas Texas but raised in Sacramento California and yes, I am a true Cali girl at heart with a little Texas flare. I moved to Texas 12 years ago to be closer to my mother after her retirement. I have 30 years combined experience in the Property Management and Real Estate Industry. My passion is Development Motivational Speaking, mentoring, coaching, inspiring, uplifting and encouraging men and woman to dream big for success. My past years I once had a singing career with Smokey Robinson’s base player, and tailored my Real Estate path around working with Entertainers. I am now considered an influencer where I still speak on different inspirational topics, as well as writing part time for Smooth Jazz Magazine in my spare time. I am a mother of three successful young men and a grandmother of three.

I currently reside in DeSoto Texas and in my free time I enjoy being with family, helping my mother cook, karaoke and going to the movies. I am extremely excited to be apart of the Greystar and Larkspur Twin Creeks Family!
